The Swiss Cottage Studio is located in a very tranquil residential area, one minute walk from Exit 5, at Swiss Cottage underground station.
The Matwork Classes use especially designed portable equipment (fitness rings, arm weights, leg weights, foam rollers, toning balls, tennis balls, golf balls, swiss balls and dynabands), have a maximum of SIX students in a class.
Thereby we are able to offer exceptional guidance and attention to each individual, making it easier to master the technical details, and experience the benefits of the Pilates Method.
For the Private Lessons we offer:
The added advantages of a Pilates Reformer, Wall Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Full and Half Barrell.
This creates a more personalised and challenging workout.
OUR STUDIO is ideal for discreet, confidential and superb individual attention. Especially created for people who value their time, are seriously dedicated and aware of the importance of their health and well being.
At Pilates Swiss Cottage we also offer Craniosacral Therapy, available on request.
What to Wear:
Non-restrictive, comfortable clothing and clean socks. No trainers required.
